Employer (Business) – Pricing guide regarding Wrongful Dismissal or Unfair Dismissal
Nigel is a consultant solicitor and a specialist in Company and Commercial law, with extensive experience both in private practice and in-house.
Clients especially like his good communication and organisational skills, when applying his technical knowledge and experience in a commercial and pragmatic way to help clients solve problems and achieve their goals. Nigel likes whenever possible to have sufficient knowledge of a client’s business to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the business and the commercial challenges and opportunities facing the client, so that relevant added value advice can be given.
Acts for clients operating locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, and for new emerging businesses as well as established businesses in various sectors. He is frequently involved in company formations and group reconstructions, company and business sales and purchases and company share option schemes as well as advising on commercial contracts, distribution and agency agreements and trade marks.
In his free time he follows Exeter RFC, (his playing and coaching days being over now), reading and cycling. He also claims to do the occasional gardening but admits that he does not particularly enjoy it!
